This Magic Gemstones Triangle Shawl took me a few tries. I don't know if it's my crochet break or it's just the way it is. But, trying to get a straight line across the width of a center top down shawl is really difficult.
I had to take this one out four times to get it right. Once I finally got the correct amount of increase, it was smooth sailing.
I would like to make a design with Red Heart Ombre. I don't have any of the yarn right now, though. I'm considering digging into some of the projects I did before my long crochet break to see if I can repurpose the yarn. Fingers crossed for me!
I'll let you know if it works later. Those finished projects are just packed away and taking up space anyway.
Remember that I'm still posting links to Christmas crochet on my Facebook page.
Check the Facebook link below. Be sure to follow so you won't miss any of them! It's never too early for Christmas when you're a crafter.
And now, for the first time in over three years, I'm looking forward to an entire
weekend of crocheting by the fire with a J.R.R. Tolkien marathon.
Until next time, Happy Crocheting!
