My biggest problem with this stitch pattern was how to write the pattern. I battled with it for a week, trying to come up with just the right way to
word the instructions to make them easy to understand.
The way it was written in this old book made it difficult to understand. It took me hours just to get a swatch
from it.
Once I figured it out, I was in love. The vintage looking lace is perfection. Fortunately for you, though, I've written these instructions in small
"chunks" so you won't have to figure it out like I did. You'll be able to breeze right through.
I encourage you to give the Boxed Bobbles Scarf a try. You won't be disappointed!
Now that I have this stitch pattern figured out, I've already planned out a shawl. It's going to be gorgeous. I'll send you a photo when I get it finished.
