This is the week that I'm reminded that spring is not too far away. To herald it, I've made this beautiful, lacy scarf. I should have tried to finish it for a Valentine's Day unveiling but, better late than never, I always say!

I decided on a cotton blend for this Faux Love Knot Scarf because I love the feel of cotton. So soft against the skin.

I tested the Faux Love Knot stitch pattern in my favorite acrylic and it works beautifully with that too. I've given you the multiple, so you can try it on any weight yarn. Just use the hook size that works with your yarn.

I've been working on this new project for three weeks. It's not something that I've seen before so I'm having to work it out, bit by bit. I can't tell you how many times I've had to rip it out. But, better me than you! Hopefully I will have a pattern soon.

And here's a little preview of Spring for you. The forsythia are starting to bloom!
